摘要 FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to machine building, particularly to installations for autonomous electrical and heat supply to user objects, where it is impossible to transmit heat or electrical energy from an external power system. The power installation for combined generation of electrical and heat energy contains an electric generator driven by an internal combustion engine, containing a crank shaft, with the following systems for: cooling engine oil, cooling the cylinder block, comprising a temperature sensor, pressure-charge and gas exhaust. Each system has a heat exchanger - heat recycler. The system for cooling engine oil is connected between the first output of the engine and its first input. The system for cooling the cylinder block is connected between the second output and he second input of the engine. The pressure-charging system is connected to the third input of the engine. The heat exchangers-heat recyclers of the pressure-charging system and the system for cooling engine oil are connected in series to the system of cooling the cylinder block, in which between the second output of the engine and its heat exchanger-heat recycler there is a thermostatic valve, with one input and two outputs. The second output of the engine is connected to the input of the thermostatic valve, and its first output is connected to the heat exchanger-heat recycler of the system for cooling the cylinder block. The installation is provided with an extra heat exchanger, connected between the heat exchangers-heat recyclers of the pressure-charging systems and system for cooling the cylinder block. Between the extra heat exchanger and heat exchanger-heat recycler of the pressure-charging system there is a circulating pump. The heat exchanger-heat recycler of the pressure-charging system is connected to the output of the circulating pump, and the extra heat exchanger is connected to its input, to which is connected the second output of the thermostatic valve. The extra heat exchanger is provided with a forced cooling system, comprising a fan, containing a propeller, fixed on an axis. The axis of the propeller of the fan is connected to the crank shaft of the engine directly or through a gear. Between the propeller and the extra heat exchanger there is a controlled slid-type valve with an actuator, provided with a control unit, connected to the temperature sensor. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for high efficiency of the power installation due to reduced loss of electrical energy on personal needs, as well as cheap design. ^ 1 dwg
