<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to the improvement of accuracy in ophthalmologic diagnosis to be performed by referring to a color image photographed by a single-plate imaging apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging part 60 of the ophthalmologic imaging system includes the single-plate imaging apparatus 210. The imaging apparatus 210 is provided with a single imaging surface 220, where imaging elements 230R, 230G, 230B corresponding to the respective color components of R, G, B are arrayed in a prescribed pattern, simultaneously detects the respective color components in the fundus reflection light of illumination light, and then, generates raw data UR, UG, UB. The imaging part 60 performs interpolation processing with respect to the respective kinds of raw data UR, UG, UB, generates interpolation image data VR, VG, VB, synthesizes the interpolation image data VR, VG, VB, and then, generates synthetic image data V. A raw data restoring part 51 generates restoration raw data UB' of the B component from the synthetic image data V. An analyzing part 54 analyzes the restoration raw data UB', so as to obtain thickness distribution information of an optic nerve fiber layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
