PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curl correcting device capable of correcting curl independently of kind of papers and a direction of curl, and to provide an image forming device with the same. SOLUTION: This curl correcting device comprises a curl correcting mechanism for correcting curl of a paper sheet arranged on the way of a paper sheet conveyance route for conveying paper sheets to a predetermined route, a first paper sheet conveying roller arranged on an inlet side of the curl correcting mechanism and a second paper sheet conveying roller arranged on an outlet side of the curl correcting mechanism. The curl correcting device comprises a pair of paper sheet conveyance guides formed of an upper conveyance guide, which is formed of a plate having a waved shape in a cross section in a direction at a right angle against the paper sheet conveying direction, and a lower conveyance guide formed of a plate having a waved shape to be engaged with the waved shape of the upper conveyance guide, and a gap changing mechanism capable of changing a gap between the pair of upper and lower paper sheet conveyance guides.
