SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR INSPECTING POWER LINE COMMUNICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select a power line communication apparatus based on a communication environment or change environment setting at low cost in a power line communication inspection system, or the like.

SOLUTION: The system includes a transmitter 1 for making a carrier frequency variable in a communication frequency band and transmitting pilot data through a power line L, and a receiver 2 for receiving the pilot data through the power line L. The receiver 2 includes an environment estimation part 14 for estimating a communication path environment from noise information of a channel obtained from communication quality during reception and transmission path characteristic information obtained from reception power, and a performance estimating part 15 for estimating communication performance for the estimated communication path environment in a plurality of communication systems.
