A bathroom linked ventilation system for an apartment house is provided to exhaust polluted air rapidly with operating with a bathroom without separately preparing a vertical channel or a vertical duct by directly performing air supply and air exhaust through an air supply pipe and an air exhaust pipe. A bathroom linked ventilation system for an apartment house comprises the air supply pipe(100), an air exhaust pipe(200), a heat exchanger(300), bathroom pipes(400) and a bathroom blocking damper(410). The air supply/air air exhaust pipes are exposed to the outer walls of the apartment house. The air supply pipe directly supplies outside air to residential spaces except for the bathroom. The air exhaust pipe sucks the inside air from the residential spaces except for the bathroom and directly exhausts the sucked air to outside. The heat exchanger performs heat exchange between the air flowed into the air supply pipe and the air exhausted to the air exhaust pipe. The heat exchanger supplies the heat-exchanged air with air supply/air exhaust fans(310,320) to the inside or exhausts the heat-exchanged air to outside. The bathroom pipes are connected to an outlet side of the air exhaust pipe. The bathroom pipes directly exhaust the inside air sucked from the bathroom to outside. The bathroom blocking damper is installed at the bathroom pipes. The bathroom blocking damper opens and closes a path connected to the air exhaust pipe.
