A method for exchanging currency by using an unmanned information terminal and a device thereof are provided to automatically exchange remaining Won currency of a traveler with currency of any country. Nationality of input money is selected. A paper money amount, a coin amount and the total amount of the input money are checked. Currency exchanging target nation money is determined(160). An exchange rate is determined according to a displayed coin exchange rate and a bill exchange rate(162). The exchanged currency is transferred to a financial company that a user selects through a network. Updated money exchanging transaction information is tracked/confirmed. |
