A bicycle wheel is provided to prevent accidents due to impact on the surface and prevent tires from being slid in driving. A bicycle wheel comprises: a tire(10) in which a space part is formed at constant intervals to relieve impact on the surface; a wheel support(30) inserted into the inner side of the tire; a shock-absorbing belt(50) preventing the tire and the wheel support bending from rotating in different directions; and a wheel spoke arranged along the outer circumference of a shaft(90) positioned on the inner center part of the tire(70). The shock-absorbing belt is rolled in a polygonal shape at the outer circumference of the support. The space part is composed of 1 ~ 4 space parts in which one side is opened inside; The wheel spoke comprises: a first wheel spoke(71) in which one end is connected to the support and an air outlet is formed on the side; a second wheel spoke(73) connected to the shaft; and an elastic member which is equipped inside the first wheel spoke and elastically supports the second wheel spoke.
