A circuit for data synchronizing of an I2C time controller in a display device and a method thereof are provided to allow an I2C master latch data stably by performing the I2C interface after transmitting data. An I2C master(220) performs an I2C interfaces with an external memory, and a pre-scaler(210) is connected to a transmission line of a first clock signal between the I2C master and the external memory. The pre-scaler transmits a third clock signal to the I2C master to perform the external memory and the I2C interface.
