SOLUTION: The damper controller includes a roll control part 58 which is equipped for each wheel 3 with a roll control base value setting part 61 to set the roll control base value Drb, a correction value calculating part 62 to calculate the damping force correction value Dc by multiplying the sky-hook control base value Dsb entered from a sky-hook control part 57 with a prescribed gain G, a symbol comparing part 63 to compare the symbol of the roll control base value Drb with the symbol of the sky-hook control base value Dsb, and a target damping force correcting part 64 to set the target damping force Dtgt by conducting a correction to the roll control base value Drb, the correction being based upon the calculating result of the correction value calculating part 62 and the comparative result of the symbol comparing part 63.
