PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the order of transmission of a plurality of combined data, after selection of the plurality of data as a facsimile transmission object, while confirming the information regarding the transmission object data, when combining the plurality of data whose destinations are the same, and transmitting by facsimile. SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus selects the transmission object from a plurality of image data, stores the selected to-be-transmitted image data and relevant information of the image data, including the transmission order of the at least predetermined image data, and displays a list of the stored to-be-transmitted image data, according to the predetermined transmission order. When it receives an instruction to edit an order of the displayed image data, it stores the order after editing, while displaying the stored image data of the transmission object stored, following the order after the editing, and combines the image data of the transmission object as a single piece, based on the order stored, after the editing, and transmits the combined image data to an image transmission apparatus when an instruction of facsimile transmission is received.
