PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce the volume and weight of a flat display. SOLUTION: The flat display with components assembled and supported by an adhesive 12 includes mainly a transparent protection plate 10, a display member 14, and the adhesive 12. The display member 14 constitutes a photoelectric device (for example, a liquid crystal panel or a backlight module) of the display. The display member 14 is adhered onto the transparent protection plate 10 with the adhesive 12 (for example, a hook-and-loop fastener), and thereby the use of support members can be reduced and the volume and weight of the display can be significantly reduced.
