An oil cooler having a dynamic damper for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing cost as additional dynamic damper parts are unnecessary. An oil cooler having a dynamic damper for a vehicle comprises: a bracket(110) fixed to a cross member(10) of the front end module of a car body; an oil cooler(130) for the oil cooling of a transmission which is connected to the bracket through a rubber member(120); and a mass(140) fixed to the oil cooler. The oil cooler comprises an oil hose(131) which is connected to the transmission and circulates the oil. The bracket is adamantly fixed to the cross member with a bolt. The oil cooler is vertically vibrated with a rubber member having elasticity. The vibration generated in the cross member is reduced with the resonant frequency determined with the coefficient of elasticity and mass of the rubber member. |
