A fuel oil purifier is provided, which removes the chlorine component contained in the mixed recycled plastic effectively and produces fuel oil of the high quality. A fuel oil purifier comprises: a chemical refining device mixing the low grade fuel oil and the basic solution; and a water and oil separator which receives the mixed solution of the basic solution and the fuel oil processed at the chemical refining device and separates the water and fuel oil. The water and oil separator comprises: a tank body(70a); an influx unit(71) in which the mixture of the basic solution and fuel oil is flowed; a first space part(72) removing the minute particle contained in the mixed solution; a second space part(73) which receives the mixed solution in which the minute particle is removed; a partition(74) which divides the first space part and the second space part; a third space part(76) which is adjacent to the second space part; and a discharge part(77) discharging the fuel oil.
