An apparatus for refrigeration keeping and drying of food waste is provided to prevent generation of corrosion or bad smell of the food waste and to decrease energy consumption greatly. An apparatus for refrigeration keeping and drying of food waste includes a body case(2), a refrigeration part(5) and a drying part(24). The refrigeration part includes an operating room(4) and a cold storage compartment(7). The operating room comprises a compressor(9), a condenser(10) and an expansion valve(11). The cold storage compartment includes an evaporator(8) and an opening/closing door(6a). The drying part includes a drying chamber(12) having an intake duct(16), a blower(17), an opening/closing door(6b), an exhaust duct(20), a branch duct(21) and a micro wave generator(12a). A hot air inflow part(15) is formed by a partition(14) of the drying part. A plurality of communication holes(18) are formed on an outer side of the partition. A baffle(19) is installed on a through-hole of the partition. |
