<p>Security apparatus for securing an opening ina building such as a window or door. The apparatus comprises alocking arrangement with an elongate moveable member and an elongatecapture portion. The capture portion extends along at least part of one of the openable member or a frame and the moveable member extends along a corresponding at least part of the other of the openable member or frame.
