PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity by using a specified compound having excellent compatibility with binder resin and showing high charged particle mobility as an electron transport agent. SOLUTION: In this electrophotographic photoreceptor, a photosensitive layer containing at least an electron transport agent, a charge generating agent and a binder resin is provided on a conductive substrate. The electron transport agent is compound expressed by the formula (1). In the formula, R<SB>1</SB>-R<SB>6</SB>indicate each 1-6C alkyl group, 1-6C alkoxy group, 6-20C aralkyl group, 6-20C aryl group, or 3-10C cycloalkyl group. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
