PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant flow controller preventing deterioration of cooling efficiency, a liquid back flow, and increase of the number of parts as much as possible. SOLUTION: The refrigerant flow controller is provided with a valve opening adjusting means for enlarging an opening of an electronic expansion valve when an inlet side temperature is lower than an intermediate temperature, reducing the opening of the electronic expansion valve when a temperature difference is smaller than a preset minimum threshold, and enlarging the opening of the electronic expansion valve when the temperature difference is larger than a preset maximum threshold U. In the valve opening adjusting means, an upstream temperature difference is calculated, a downstream temperature difference is calculated, the upstream side temperature difference is compared with a preset first threshold, the downstream temperature difference is compared with a preset second threshold, and error output is carried out conditional upon that the upstream temperature difference is larger than the first threshold and the downstream temperature difference is larger than the second threshold.
