PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC offset cancel circuit capable of surely canceling DC offset, even when a DC offset generation level is varied by an input signal or any other factor, without increasing the scale of a circuit. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a DC offset cancel circuit wherein a DC level detection unit 101 detects a DC offset level contained in an A/D-converted trunk line signal, a suppression level calculation unit 102 outputs a suppression level corresponding to the detected DC offset level, a multiplier 103 multiplies the branched trunk line signal by the relevant suppression level to produce a randomized suppression signal, and an adder 104 subtracts the suppression signal from the trunk line signal, thereby canceling DC offset component.
