The analysis sampling tube comprises a reservoir and an assembly part attached to said reservoir. The reservoir (2) and the assembly part (3) are connected by an attachment (F) comprising a male part (22) and a female part (30) that are inserted inside one another by sliding in a sliding direction (A) and that are arranged so that a relative rotation of said male part (22) and female part (30) causes the reservoir (2) to be pierced.
