<p>The evaporator assembly (10) comprises an evaporator medium carrier (12), a porous evaporator medium (18) and a heating device (28). The heating device is embedded into a structural material of the evaporator medium carrier in a partial manner. The heating device has a standing heating conductor (26) which is in contact with the evaporator medium carrier.
