PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking exercise apparatus capable of providing a foot lifting exercise effect during actual walking by a relative inexpensive and simple structure. SOLUTION: The walking exercise apparatus includes a pair of right and left foot connection parts for attaching the walking exercise apparatus to the feet of a user when doing walking exercises, similarly a pair of right and left freely rotatable turning parts, and a link part connecting the right and left turning parts.
