<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing powdery emulsified oil and fat which separate the oil and fat, when dissolved in hot water, and have proper powder properties, when it is stored. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the powdery emulsified oil and fat includes emulsifying by adding the oil and fat to an aqueous solution containing a meat extract and salt, and then drying the emulsified liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
