摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic refining method for bismuth by which refined bismuth having≤0.01 mass% lead grade in a cathode electrodeposited material is obtained from a bismuth metal anode in which the lead grade is previously adjusted to≤1 mass%. SOLUTION: The electrolytic refining method for bismuth having≤0.01 mass% lead grade in the cathode deposited material is carried out by using bismuth metal having the lead grade previously adjusted to≤1 mass% as an anode, a titanium plate as cathode and hydrochloric acid solution containing 10-30 g/L bismuth as an electrolyte and electrolytically refining the bismuth under a condition of 150 A/m<SP>2</SP>current density to electrolyze with a stable cell voltage.
