Preparation of implantable prosthesis from a porous material based body (12), comprises application (50) of a reception coating (14) of a bioactive agent comprising a cyclodextrin (derivative) or a complex comprising cyclodextrin and/or cyclodextrin derivatives, a poly(carboxylic) acid and optionally a catalyst, on the body, heating the body at 100-220[deg] C for 1-90 minutes, washing in water, drying and impregnating (46) the body in a solution concentrated with a bioactive agent, where the process comprises a step of laying an additional coating (16) for sealing on the body after drying. An independent claim is included for an implantable prosthesis comprising a tubular body based on porous material, a reception coating of a bioactive agent comprising a cyclodextrin, a cyclodextrin derivative or a complex comprising cyclodextrin and/or cyclodextrin derivatives, a bioactive agent received from the reception coating and an additional seal coating deposited on the body. |
