This invention relates to a kind of soft luminescent band using a light emitting diode as a light source. The soft luminescent band is mainly a soft substrate having a length of not less than 30 cm and has a plurality of light emitting diodes arranged on its surface. A transparent film of a material selected from polyurethane-type, acryl-type, and silicon-type transparent resins is provided on the outer side of the light emitting diode, whereby the anti-deflection stress is further enhanced to enhance the number of times of folding and angle to which the belt can be resistant. |
