PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowerpot for plant cultivation which is made of light-transmitting material so as to have effect of promoting germination and growth of plants. SOLUTION: The flowerpot for plant cultivation includes: a pot part 10 which has a peripheral wall part 13 and a bottom wall part 12 to sow seeds and grow plants therein; and leg parts 21 extended outward and downward from the opening edge 11 of the peripheral wall part 13 of the pot part 10 to support the pot part 10. At least the pot part 10 is made of the light-transmitting material transmitting light so that the light such as sunlight is transmitted to be directly applied to soil through the pot part when the pot part 10 is charged with the soil to cultivate the plants.
