PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a cap outside a slide member and a guide member, in an adhesive container with which an adhesive is applied, positioning the guide member fixed to the container in an extensible state to the front of a coating part and guiding a sheet to be coated. SOLUTION: The slide member which advances and retreats in the longitudinal direction, is engaged in the outside of the end part of the container and an engaging part with the cap is provided in the back. The guide member located in the rear of the coating part upon retreat is projected at the tip of the slid member in a cantilever style. A protrusion is formed on one side of the facing parts of the engaged slide member and the container and a guide-path is formed on the other side, and the protrusion is placed in the guide-path in the peripheral direction when the guide member is not used and it is placed in the guide-path in the longitudinal direction when the guide member is used.
