A sludge collector is provided to reduce time and cost of maintenance and repair and to guarantee operation of a stabilized scum collecting plate. A sludge collector(100) includes a guide rail(210), a transfer car(110), one or more scrapers(120), a operating plate, weights(140), and a slide block(150). The transfer car moves with tractive force of a chain(220) according to a guide rail. The scrapper mounted on the transfer car and collects the sludge on a bottom. The operating plate is fixed on a rotary shaft. The collector includes more a hollow support(161), a guide bar(162), a scum recovery plate(160), and a link chain.
