PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage structure capable of making uniformly flow fluid through parallel passages, to provide a fuel cell using it, and electronic equipment equipped with them. SOLUTION: A first main passage 52 connected to a main inlet 52A of fuel F1 and a second main passage 53 connected to a main outlet 53A of fuel F2 are installed in a substrate 51, and a plurality of parallel passages 54 are installed between the main passages 52, 53. A cross section decreased region formed by installing a rib 55 acting as a barrier of flow of the fuel F2 is formed in an inlet 54A and an outlet 54B of the parallel passages 54. Even if the substrate 51 is made thin, cross sections of the first main passage 52 and the second main passage 53 are made equal to that of the parallel passage 54, flow resistance of the first main passage 52 and the second main passage 53 is made low, and uniformity of flow of the parallel passage 54 is made high.
