<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery cell and having a high FF (Fill Factor) value and capable of being manufactured inexpensively, a solar battery module utilizing the cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery cell includes a solar battery wafer 17 having a plurality of p-electrodes 6 and a plurality of n-electrodes 5 each formed dottedly on one surface of a semiconductor substrate 1, and a wiring substrate having p-wiring 14 and n-wiring 15, electrically insulated from each other, on one surface of an insulating substrate 16. One surface of the wiring substrate 18 is installed on one surface of the solar battery wafer 17, the p-electrodes 6 are electrically connected by the p-wiring 14, and the n-electrodes 5 are electrically connected by the n-wiring 15.
