PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of effectively suppressing a leakage or the like of information by appropriately limiting requests for information. SOLUTION: The information processor comprises: a connecting means (a network N1 or the like) for connection with external information processors; an information storage means (a database part DB1) storing information; a request receiving means (a web server function part 101) receiving the predetermined request for information; a retrieval means (a route tracing means 102) retrieving a communication route of the predetermined request between the external information processor and the own information processor; a set information storage means (a route database 103) storing set information; a determining means (a controller 105) determining the propriety of the predetermined request by reading the corresponding set information according to the retrieved result of the communication route; and a processing execution means (the controller 105) carrying out processing corresponding to the predetermined request on the information when determining that the request is permitted.
