The external drive has an eccentric shaft (3), which has an eccentric section (7) arranged eccentric to a rotation axis of the eccentric shaft. The eccentric shaft has another eccentric section (8), where two eccentric sections are arranged axially offset to each other. Another pump element (27b) is driven by the latter eccentric section.
