A pneumatic pump is provided to secure normal reciprocation of the piston inside the cylinder by draining the moisture generated due to the reciprocation of the piston. A pneumatic pump comprises a cylinder head(100) with a drain hole(102), a cylinder block(110) with air inlet and outlet, a piston arranged on the lower side of the cylinder block to let the air in and out through the air inlet and outlet, a cylinder(125) combined with the lower part of the cylinder block, a piston rod connected to the piston to reciprocate the piston within the cylinder, and a main body(135) combined with the lower part of the cylinder. The top of the cylinder block is closed by the cylinder head so that an air compression chamber is formed inside. A crank(132) providing the piston rod with driving force is arranged in the main body. The moisture generated inside the cylinder head is drained through the drain hole by the pressure of the piston and the gravity.
