<p>The present invention comprises various embodiments of a rack that is adapted for the bed of a pickup truck for securing ramps, ladders and the like. The rack comprises two spaced apart vertical support members. Each vertical support member comprises two spaced apart U-support assemblies. Each of the resulting four U-support assemblies are independently and slidably adjustable relative to the other U-support assemblies. In the preferred embodiment, the slidable adjustment capabilities of the U-support assemblies comprises infinite adjustability. Thus, the present invention allows for securing ramps, ladders and the like having varying widths.</p> |
