PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welt fabric supply arrangement in which the cutting location of a cutting device can respond to the magnitude of a welt fabric or the alteration of a mounting position. SOLUTION: In the welt fabric supply arrangement 1, the welt fabric M2 of a pocket, which is once set to a welt fabric mounting stand 2, is conveyed to a sewing provision part S by a welt fabric conveyance device 3 to set. And, it consists of the cutting device 5 which cuts the second cutting site prepared in the welt fabric mounting stand 2, a stopper 72 which restricts the spacing of the initial position of a pair of knives 53 and 54 of the cutting device 5, and a change actuator 69 which alters the location of the stopper 72, and a cutting position change means, which performs switching of two steps corresponding to a former criterion and a later criterion as the set location of the welt fabric M2, is established.
