PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact pressure reducing valve apparatus which, has satisfactory pressure reducing characteristics, effectively suppresses hysteresis, and has simple structure. SOLUTION: The pressure reducing valve apparatus 10 is provided with a rear pressure chamber 28 formed on the rear of a pressure reducing valve body 20, an introducing small hole 30, a pilot passage 32, and a pilot valve body 36 moving back and forth to/from a pilot seat 34. The pilot valve body 36 is coupled to a diaphragm 44 in an integrally moving state, the pilot valve body 36 is moved back and forth by the pressure sensitive motion of the diaphragm 44 due to the increase/decrease change of secondary liquid pressure P<SB>2</SB>to move the pressure valve body 20 back and forth following the pilot valve body 36, and pressure is reduced by controlling the opening degree of the pressure reducing valve body 20.
