Weight for submerging the marine structure and the installation method of the marine structure for intake of the seawater using the same are provided to shorten the work time of the marine structure for the intake of deep seawater since the connection of the pipe member keeps pace with the submergence of marine structure. An installation method of the marine structure for intake the seawater comprises following steps: a step of binding the weight with the pipe member(S100); a step of inserting the rope to the second penetration hole of the weight(S200); a step of bolt-coupling the weight to the protrusion of the weight(S300); a step of sealing both ends of the pipe member(S400); a step that tows one end positioned in the water supply source by using the ship(S500); a step of sinking the pipe member and weight to the sea bed(S600); a step connecting one end of the pipe member to the pumping mean and the other end to the used place(S700).
