<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tubular member excellent in the wear-resistance and the fatigue-strength on the outer circumferential surface and having high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the tubular member 10 includes: a process, in which the whole body of the tubular member 10 is heated to≥A<SB>3</SB>point; and a process, in which the tubular member 10 is cooled from the inner circumferential surface 12 side by blasting into a hollow part 10a of this tubular member 10 from the end surface side of the tubular member 10 and thereafter, the tubular member 10 is quenched from the outer circumferential surface 11 side by cooling the outer circumferential surface 11 of the tubular member 10 with a cooling liquid, while continuing the blasting into the hollow part 10a. In the case the tubular member 10 is a crawler pin, the hollow part 10a is an oil hole and a penetrated hole 10b is a branching hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
