PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper charging device for a continuous business form for easily preventing curling, which becomes paper conveyance resistance, of a moisture-proof sheet. SOLUTION: When a paper base for placing paper is turned at a predetermined angle in the horizontal direction to a paper guide on the upper side for adding horizontal torsion to the paper within the area of the paper base and the paper guide, a sealed space between the paper and the moisture-proof sheet is opened by gradually separating the moisture-proof sheet from one side to the other side of fold perforations.
