PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque transmission element of a compact configuration capable of eliminating disadvantages of a conventional technology. SOLUTION: This torque transmission device 10 is constituted as an elastic arm in the tangential direction, with one end thereof arranged on a starting generator and the other end on a torque transmission unit. Both working units connected to the torque transmission element can be fitted to substantially same arcs or arcs slightly different from each other. Since a fixing element is provided on a shaft at a relatively large distance, the torque can be transmitted while correspondingly reducing and setting smaller the number and the strength of fixing means compared with those of the torque transmission device. When the number of the fixing means is reduced, the labor of assembly is considerably reduced, and the weight and the cost can be saved.
