A packaging container (1) comprises an openable outer case (10) and a bag (11) for packaging a resin material (15) in the outer case. The bag (11) is partially turned back at fold portions (11d) so that part of the bag (11) is turned inside out, and at least part of the out-turned part (11c) is fixed as a fixing part to any part other than the bag. The inner surfaces of the bag (11) at the fold portions are placed in contact with each other, forming a contact portion (11b), to seal the resin material. The contact portion (11b) is placed in correspondence with an openable part of an opening flap (10a) of the outer case (10).
