A method for transmitting data in real-time in a terminal equipped with a wireless USB(Universal Serial Interface) module for transmitting multimedia data in real-time is provided to transmit the multimedia data in real-time by executing an application program through a mass storage class in the terminal equipped with the wireless USB module. A host starts an application program for receiving data in real-time(S12). A device updates and stores the data stored in a buffer by using the received data(S14). The application program requests transmission of the data in real-time(S16). The device transmits the data stored in the buffer(S18). The host temporarily stores and plays the received data(S22). The host starts the application program for receiving the data in real-time(S24). The device updates and stores the data stored in the buffer by using the current input data(S20,S30). The host continuously reads, temporarily stores, and plays the data stored in the buffer of the device until the application program terminated(S34).
