An electric-powered door locking device is provided to control unlocking condition of a latch gear arresting a striker due to the drive of one motor and minimize the structure by applying one way clutch structure. A base plate(110) in which an opening is formed is formed. A latch gear(120) in which a jaw is formed is flexibly shaft -installed in the base plate. A release part is flexibly shaft-installed in the base plate and consists of the pawl restricting switching of the latch gear. An electric motor produces forward reverse torque. An actuator(220), in which the barb type driving protrusion is molded in single-side, is shaft-installed and operates with the electric motor to be rotated. The switching of the latch gear is implemented.
