PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens support body, a lens drive unit and a camera, capable of enlarging a lens outside diameter, and capable of assembling easily a lens barrel, and a cellular phone with the camera. SOLUTION: In this lens support body 7 of the present invention, the lens barrel 4 has a plurality of one-side walls 23 extended from an outer circumferential edge of a base 21 toward an optical axis direction, an outer circumferential edge of a lens 2 is fixed onto inner circumferential faces of the one-side walls 23, each one-side wall 23 has an engaging part 25 in a circumferential-directional side edge, a carrier 8 has an annular flange 27, and the other side walls 29 arranged between the one-side walls 23, 23 of the lens barrel 4 from the flange 27, and the engaging part 25 of each one-side wall 23 is fixedly engaged with an engaged part 31 of each other-side side wall, by inserting the one-side wall 23 of the lens barrel 4 between the other side walls 29, 29 to be rotated.
