摘要 PURPOSE: A circuit for driving a flat display device is provided to obtain the reliability of the operation by reducing the current deviation between each of the channels since the reference current is used at each channel by mirroring. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for driving a flat display device includes a reference current block(31) and a plurality of channels(32,33). The reference current block(31) is provided with a current source, the low voltage MOS transistor and a first current mirror. In the reference current block(31), the first current mirror makes the reference current generated at the current source to flow by receiving from the input terminal. The plurality of channels(32,33) is provided with a second current mirror and a switching device. The second current mirror outputs the second mirroring current as an output signal. And, the switching device supplies the first mirroring current to the input terminal of the first current mirror from the second current mirror.
