PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible an easy visual check to see that an adhesive is securely filled in a required position at the time of manufacturing of an adhesion insulation rail, and to promote stabilization of quality. SOLUTION: In the adhesion process of the adhesion insulation rail, the adhesive 26 is eluted from an insulating adhesion sheet 24 by heating the rail 12 to a predetermined temperature. When the adhesive is filled into the clearances between the inner peripheral parts of through holes 12a, 16a, 24a and the outer peripheral part of a tube 18, the air between the inner peripheral parts of through holes 12a, 16a, 24a and the outer peripheral part of the tube 18 is extracted from a groove 36e of a flange 36c of a bolt 36 for manufacturing. Then the adhesive 26 is securely filled into the clearance. The seepage of the adhesive 26 from the groove 36e to the outer peripheral surface of the flange 36c enables an easy visual check to see that the adhesive 26 has been securely filled. After that, in exchange for the bolt 36 for manufacturing, a fastening bolt is inserted to the tube 18, and full-scale fastening of a nut 22 to the fastening bolt is performed with predetermined torque.
