PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use restriction system, use restriction method and program of a network application for effectively preventing dependence on a network application, and for positively promoting the use of the network application in a moderate range. SOLUTION: This use restriction system 1 of a network application restricts the use of a network application to be connected to a network for operation, and is provided with a monitoring means 10 for monitoring whether or not the network application to be monitored is processed on the most front face; and a use restriction means 20 for restricting the use of the network application when the network application is processed on the most front face.
