PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of deposit in a diffuser part by efficiently cooling the diffuser part in a compressor housing of a turbocharger. SOLUTION: The cooling device of the turbocharger is provided with a compressor housing side heat medium passage 10 where the heat medium flows through the vicinity of the diffuser part 9 on the compressor housing 2 of the turbocharger 1, and communicates the compressor housing side heat medium passage 10 with a center housing side heat medium passage 11 provided on the center housing 3 of the turbocharger 1. The cooling device of the turbocharger makes the heat medium flow into the compressor housing side heat medium passage 10 and flow out from the center housing side heat medium passage 11.
