FIELD: physics; measuring. ^ SUBSTANCE: used for determination of presence and the size of foreign inclusions in mass of metal granules. Essence is that presence and the size of foreign impurities in mass of metal granules spot, disposing on a substrate a monolayer of granules then carry out illumination of a substrate by light sources, formation of the optical image of a substrate with granules, alignment of luminosity of light streams, the analysis of allocation of a brightness of image and definition of presence of foreign inclusions, so a monolayer of granules continuously dispose on a substrate which colour corresponds to colour of metal granules, substrate illumination conduct diffused light radiants, regulating their power, level luminosities of the reflected light streams from granules and a substrate, and on a diversion from the leveled luminosity spot presence and the size of foreign inclusions. ^ EFFECT: maintenance of more exact definition of quantity of inclusions. |
