PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure proper call arrival processing even when a call arrival request to a radio terminal is generated under a zone environment where the radio terminal is moving to a radio base station of a move destination via a radio out-of-range zone. SOLUTION: Aa PBX radio system 1 is disclosed which is equipped with a PBX 5 which accommodates and connects a radio base station 3 wirelessly accommodating a radio terminal 2, wherein the PBX is equipped with a terminal location information management table 12B for registering and managing the radio base station as location information of the radio terminal when a location registration request from the radio terminal is received via the radio base station. The radio terminal includes a deletion request notification section 29 which notifies the radio base station about a deletion request when a reception level of the radio base station during location registration is lower than or equal to a predetermined threshold. The radio base station includes an information notification section 35 for notifying the PBX about a state under moving when receiving the deletion request from the radio terminal while an under-moving notification mode is being set. When receiving the under-moving notification from the side of the radio base station, the PBX registers and manages the state of "under moving" in the location information of the radio terminal being managed.
